1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Opidi, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use Opidi. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Opidi.
3. Content you share
You keep ownership of the content you post on Opidi, but you grant us a license to host, display, distribute, and promote it on the platform. You may not post content that violates copyright, is illegal, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, harassing, or misleading.
4. Coins, Premium, and payments
Opidi may offer virtual coins, Premium subscriptions, and other paid features. All purchases are final unless required otherwise by law. Prices and features may change. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not use Opidi to abuse, spam, impersonate, hack, scrape, distribute malware, or interfere with the platform's operation. You may not use automated tools to access or collect data from Opidi without permission.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or harm the community. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, the licenses you granted us will end, but some provisions of these terms may continue.
7. Disclaimers
Opidi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Opidi and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Opidi operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
